		<description>I really enjoyed that talk about starting conversations. It&#039;s given me courage to talk with the pharmacist at Safeway - we already like each other and she has excellent english but I know she would let me practice with her.  Thanks for the encouragement.</description>

I think this not because I know the slightest thing about the Shona language or its dialects but because my eldest niece was named Shona when she was born close to 40 years ago, At the time I assumed she was named after the Shona speakers of Zimbabwe (then still Rhodesia) so I looked up some stuff which I apparently still remember.  Subsquently I was told that my sister knew it as a Scottish first name and liked it(!!).

After all this, it will be really embarrassing if the speaker isn&#039;t a Shona.
